O que as pessoas costumam perguntar
Skin questions tend to be practical: ageing, wound healing, pigmentation, inflammatory conditions. They also tend to be where cosmetic marketing and clinical research blur together. The peptides below range from topical cosmetic ingredients with reasonable evidence to injectable research compounds with serious safety questions.

GHK-Cu (copper peptide) has decades of research in wound healing and skin remodelling, much of it topical and some of it human. KPV is studied for anti-inflammatory effects, mainly preclinically. LL-37 is a naturally occurring antimicrobial peptide studied in wound and infection research. Melanotan II is a different case: it is studied for pigmentation, is not approved anywhere, and has documented safety concerns that a provider will raise first.
- Is this a dermatology question first — should a mole, rash or lesion be examined before anything else?
- What is the difference in evidence between topical and injectable forms?
- What safety concerns are documented for the specific peptide I am asking about?
- What would you want to see change, and over what timeframe, to consider it worthwhile?
O que acontece se você iniciar uma avaliação
The intake asks about skin conditions, sun exposure, mole history, medications and allergies. A licensed provider reviews it and tells you whether any research context here is relevant — or whether dermatology is the better door. Free, about 10 minutes, no obligation.
Perguntas frequentes
Are copper peptides in skincare the same as GHK-Cu?
Cosmetic products often contain GHK-Cu at low concentrations as an ingredient. That is a cosmetic use with its own regulation, different from any medical use a provider might discuss.
Is Melanotan II safe?
It is not approved by any regulator, and adverse effects including nausea, changes in moles and cardiovascular effects have been reported. Vitrex lists it for education only; a provider will raise these concerns before anything else.
Does Vitrex describe how to use any of these?
No. No dosing, application schedules or protocols appear anywhere on this site.
