Answer the confidential intake

Questions cover your health history, current medications, symptoms, and what you would like to discuss. Be thorough — a complete picture leads to a better review.

A licensed provider reviews it

A physician reads your answers and decides whether a conversation is warranted. They may ask for lab work or a call first. Not everyone is approved, and you will be told plainly either way.

You hear back through the portal

If a conversation is appropriate, options, timing, and cost are explained before you agree to anything. If it is not, you will be told why where possible. There is no charge in either case.
