What is Vitrex?

Vitrex is a physician-supervised peptide therapy platform. We connect patients with licensed physicians who evaluate their health profile and, if appropriate, prescribe personalized peptide protocols shipped directly to their door.

Is this legal?

Yes. All compounds dispensed through Vitrex are prescribed by a licensed physician and compounded by an FDA-registered, state-licensed compounding pharmacy operating under cGMP standards. Prescription is required before any compound is dispensed.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. Every order requires physician review and approval. After completing the intake questionnaire, our physician evaluates your eligibility and issues a prescription if appropriate. No compounds are shipped without a valid prescription.

How does the intake process work?

You complete a brief medical questionnaire covering your health history, current medications, and treatment goals. Dr. Garcia reviews your submission and approves or declines treatment. If approved, your prescription is sent to our pharmacy and shipped to you.

How long does it take to receive my order?

After physician approval, orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

What is a Certificate of Analysis?

A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is a lab report confirming the purity, identity, potency, and sterility of your specific batch. Every Vitrex order ships with a CoA so you can verify exactly what you received.

Are the products refrigerated during shipping?

Yes. Temperature-sensitive peptides are shipped with cold-chain packaging, including insulated containers and ice packs. Please refrigerate your products upon receipt.

What if my doctor does not approve my treatment?

Not everyone is a candidate for peptide therapy. If Dr. Garcia determines that treatment is not appropriate for you at this time, you will be notified and any consultation fees already paid are non-refundable. We can advise on alternative approaches if relevant.

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of prescription compounds, returns are generally not accepted once an order has shipped. If you received a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number and we will make it right.
