A conversation is warranted
The provider believes the topic is worth discussing for you and explains the options, considerations, and cost. You decide whether to proceed.
How it works / 001
Vitrex is built around one rule: a licensed physician reviews your history before anything is discussed, priced, or dispensed. Here is the whole process, start to finish, with nothing left out.

Nothing yet. This stage is yours. Vitrex publishes the education; no one is watching or scoring what you read.

Wait, and respond if the clinic asks for lab work, a call, or more detail.
A provider reads your intake against your history and the evidence, and decides whether a treatment conversation is warranted. Not everyone is approved.
Ask questions. Bring the six questions from our guide. Decide nothing until you understand the options.
Explains what they consider reasonable, what is and is not known, risks, monitoring, timing, and cost — before you agree to anything.
Say yes, no, or not yet. If you proceed, follow the monitoring plan and report changes.
Delivers care independently under its own clinical process, with follow-up and the ability to stop or adjust.
What review can conclude
The provider believes the topic is worth discussing for you and explains the options, considerations, and cost. You decide whether to proceed.
The provider asks for lab work, a call, or an in-person visit before forming a view. Common, and a sign of a careful review rather than a delay.
The provider tells you directly, with the reason where possible. No charge, no obligation, and you are free to raise a different question later.
Who does what
Because what is appropriate for you depends on your history, and pricing something a provider has not yet reviewed would imply it is available to you before that is known. The clinic discusses options, timing, and cost only after a licensed provider has reviewed your intake and determined that a treatment conversation is warranted. This order protects you from being sold something that may not be suitable.
Review times vary with the clinic’s schedule and with whether additional information, such as lab results, is needed. Straightforward intakes are typically reviewed within a few business days; cases that need labs or a consultation take longer. The clinic communicates timing through the portal. If a message is urgent, contact the clinic directly by phone rather than waiting for a portal reply.
Your intake is submitted directly to Doctor G Medical’s patient portal, not to the Vitrex website. The clinic keeps submitted information private and secure and uses it to support care and treatment planning. Vitrex does not receive or store your medical history. Clicking a portal link takes you to the clinic’s own system, which is covered by the clinic’s privacy practices.
No. Completing the intake and having it reviewed by a licensed provider is free. Costs are discussed only if the provider determines a treatment conversation is warranted, and they are explained before you agree to anything. There is no obligation to proceed after review.
