Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of prescription medical compounds, Vitrex has specific return and refund policies designed to protect patient safety and product integrity. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Prescription Medications — No Returns
For health and safety reasons, all prescription compounds and injectable medications cannot be returned once they have shipped. This policy is standard across all licensed compounding pharmacies and is required by state and federal pharmacy regulations.
Unopened Products
If you receive an order that you have not opened and wish to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis and may issue a store credit at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will replace the affected items at no charge or issue a full refund.
Physician Consultation Fees
Physician consultation and review fees are non-refundable once the review has been completed, regardless of prescription outcome.
Dissatisfied with Your Treatment?
If you are not achieving expected results, we encourage you to reach out to our team. Dr. Garcia may adjust your protocol at no additional consultation fee during your first 90 days of treatment.
